The BSc Outlet is our direct clearance channel at our Burleigh Heads warehouse. We sell perfectly good BSc product that can't move through normal retail channels due to short shelf life windows, cosmetic damage, overstock, or discontinued flavours. Same product. Different path to get here.

Yes. Every product in the Outlet has cleared our internal quality standards. The formulation is intact, and the HASTA certification still stands where applicable. The only difference is why it's here — not what's in it.

The price reflects the reality of why the product is here — a short best before window, a dinted tub, and overstock we need to move. It isn't a reflection of what's inside. You're getting a genuine BSc product at a price that reflects the circumstance, not the quality.

Yes. Every product sold through the Outlet has passed our quality standards. We don't sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. If a product has a short best before window, that date is clearly visible on the packaging and on the product page prior to purchase.

We accept cash and card at the BSc Factory Outlet, and all major card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS. Tap and go is available.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Afterpay. Cash payment is available in store.

The BSc Factory Outlet is a walk-in store. Stock moves fast, so we recommend coming in to see what's available.

We don't have a formal bulk pricing structure; prices are as marked, but if you're buying a significant quantity, come in and have a chat with us.

We also run weekly in-store specials at our Burleigh Heads warehouse — 3/24–30 Dover Drive, Mon–Fri 10am–2pm. Worth a visit if you're local!

Standard delivery is 2–7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

The couriers will leave your order in a safe location where possible. If they can't, they'll leave a card with instructions for collecting from a nearby depot or arranging redelivery.

Currently, we only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. If your product is unused and in its original condition, or there's a genuine quality issue, we'll happily offer a refund or exchange. Just bring it back in store or contact us with your order details.

Please note: short-dated stock is sold with the best-before date clearly visible and is not eligible for return.

For online orders, refunds are processed within 5 business days once the return is approved.

If your order arrives incorrectly, contact BSc within 24 hours with the unopened item. They’ll sort a replacement or credit to make it right. Quick action helps get you back on track fast.

We do not offer refunds on short dated stock. These items are clearly identified and discounted as part of a promotional effort to sell products approaching their expiry date. By purchasing these items, customers acknowledge and accept the reduced shelf life at the time of sale.

If you have an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice. Once you have done that, contact us with the product name and batch number so we can investigate. We take every report seriously.

To start a return, contact BSc. They’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Sending items back without approval won’t be accepted.

Once we approve your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, just reach out to our customer service.

Stock varies week to week but typically includes proteins, pre-workouts, bars, hydration products, and general health supplements. It depends on what's come through from production, overstock, or retail returns at any given time.

Not always. The Outlet carries whatever product is available at the time — it isn't a curated range. Some products appear regularly, others come through occasionally. Best to come in and see what's there.

Regularly. New stock comes in as it comes off the production line or out of the warehouse. Follow our Instagram for updates on new arrivals.

Add 5 g (1 heaped scoop) to 150-200 ml of hot or cold icy water, milk or plant-based milk alternative of your choice! Also great for smoothies and dessert recipes for a coffee-flavoured hit.
